Met coke offers to India increase on tighter supply

On July 31, SteelOrbis reported Chinese import met coke (64-65 percent CSR) offers to India down at $337-340/mt CFR India or approximately $320-322/mt FOB China.

The announcement of production cuts in China has resulted in increased prices both domestically and to the export market. Sources inform SteelOrbis that met coke offers from China to India have increased $30/mt to $367-370/mt CFR India compared to two weeks ago.
