Local scrap quotations in Indian market - week 14

Local market sources report that domestic scrap prices in western India (Alang) have remained unchanged over the past week at INR 22,700/mt ($349/mt) ex-yard, while prices in northern India (Mandi Govindgarh) have moved down by INR 300/mt over the same period to INR 23,700/mt ($365/mt) ex-yard.

Meanwhile, ex-Europe HMS I/II 80:20 scrap prices for India have declined by $8/mt week on week to $390/mt CFR.
