Local scrap quotations in Indian market - week 13

Local market sources report that domestic scrap prices in western India (Alang) have increased by INR 200/mt over the past week to INR 20,300/mt ($312/mt) ex-yard, while prices in northern India (Mandi Govindgarh) have moved up by INR 700/mt over the same period to INR 21,700/mt ($333/mt) ex-yard.
 
Meanwhile, ex-Europe HMS I/II 80:20 scrap prices for India have decreased by $10/mt week on week to $310/mt CFR.
