Local scrap quotations in Indian market - week 10

Local market sources report that domestic scrap prices in western India (Alang) have increased by INR 400/mt over the past week to INR 25,400/mt ($391/mt) ex-yard, while prices in northern India (Mandi Govindgarh) have moved down by INR 300/mt over the same period to INR 27,000/mt ($415/mt) ex-yard.

Meanwhile, ex-Europe HMS I/II 80:20 scrap prices for India have increased by $15/mt week on week to $395/mt CFR.
