After the slight reductions that were recorded at the beginning of this month, scrap prices have trended sideways in the Italian spot market. According to market sources, the current situation is "trouble-free", with supply and demand substantially balanced. Market sources say that it is early to predict what will happen next month, due to lots of uncertainties at both the national and international level. However, currently most sources do not think prices will change significantly in the coming weeks.
