Domestic scrap prices in Italy have decreased by €5/mt during the past week amid some signs of uncertainty coming from abroad - in particular, the fact that domestic scrap prices are expected to decrease in the US, and also the ongoing decrease of import scrap prices in Turkey. Domestic scrap prices in Italy may decrease further in the coming weeks, though demand from Italian steel mills is still good.
