Japanese H2 domestic scrap stable week-on-week

On April 13, SteelOrbis reported domestic Japanese H2 scrap prices for mini-mills in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya regions at JPY 32,600-33,100/mt ($303-308/mt) delivered to customer. Shindachi scrap was reportedly at JPY 36,500-37,000/mt ($340-344/mt) delivered to customer.

In the same regions mentioned above, H2 scrap prices are reportedly stable at JPY 32,600-33,100/mt ($303-307/mt) delivered to customer. Prices declined $1/mt from the top of the previous range. Shindachi scrap is also reportedly stable at JPY 36,500-37,000/mt ($339-344/mt) delivered to customer. Prices declined $1/mt from the bottom of the previous range.
