International demand for ex-CIS pig iron still at weak levels

Demand for ex-CIS pig iron in the international markets has remained at low levels over the past week, while ex-CIS pig iron prices have remained in the range of $340-360/mt FOB. In the given period, international buyers have maintained their cautious stance as regards new purchases. Ex-CIS pig iron offers to the US and Italy have remained stable week on week at $365-375/mt CFR.
