On July 9, SteelOrbis reported domestic silicomanganese offer prices up at INR 64,500-65,500/mt ($939-954/mt) ex-works Raipur (east central India) and ex-works Durgapur (eastern India).

According to sources close to SteelOrbis, prices have now reached a plateau given the slow steel market. Prices are reportedly stable at INR 64,500-65,500/mt ($941-956/mt) ex-works Raipur and ex-works Durgapur regions. Due to currency fluctuations, prices have increased $2/mt over the week.
