India’s domestic ferromanganese offer prices decline on limited interest

On January 12, SteelOrbis reported that offer prices for Indian domestic ferromanganese prices softened over the previous week to INR 75,000-75,500/mt ($1,178-1,186/mt) ex-warehouse in Durgapur in eastern India. Sources note that approximately the same price level was observed in the Raipur region in central India at the time.

According to sources, Indian ferromanganese offer prices have since declined on limited trading and are presently at INR 73,500-74,000/mt ($1,151-1,159/mt) ex-Raipur warehouse. The latest offers represent a decline of INR 1,500/mt or $27/mt.
