Indian pellet export offers face downward pressure

On September 28, SteelOrbis reported Indian pellet export offers prices softening slightly to $139-141/mt FOB.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that no significant export pellet deals have been heard in the market. While offers have softened further to $137-139/mt FOB, down $2/mt, buyers are expecting further adjustments as the INR has devalued against the dollar to an unprecedented INR 74.27.
