On June 14, SteelOrbis reported that Indian pellet export offers began to increase in early June and were reportedly at $102-104/mt FOB Indian port.

Sources inform SteelOrbis now that Indian pellet export offers continued their ascent through July and are now reportedly at $112-114/mt FOB Indian port with active deals. The price increased by $10/mt over the past six weeks. The source added that export prices have been supported in the export market by export demand and some strength in the Indian domestic pellet market, although, the “Indian domestic market did soften slightly in domestic currency terms through July.”
