Indian domestic pellet prices trend down

On July 30, SteelOrbis reported that Indian domestic pellet offers were trending at INR 6,800-7,000/mt ($99-102/mt) ex-works Raipur (east-central India).

Sources inform SteelOrbis that prices have dipped domestically with prices now at INR 6,500-6,800/mt ($92-96/mt) ex-works Raipur. Prices decreased $7/mt from the bottom of the range and $6/mt from the top of the same range. Prices in eastern India also reportedly trended down in the past week and are averaging at INR 6,000/mt ($85/mt) ex-works Durgapur.
