Indian domestic pellet offers continue uptrend

On August 29, SteelOrbis reported Indian domestic pellet offers up at INR 8,600-8,700/mt ($122-123/mt) ex-Raipur.

According to sources close to SteelOrbis, the domestic pellet offers continue their ascent and are now reportedly at INR 9,800-10,100/mt ($136-140/mt) ex-works Raipur, “a high level that has not been achieved since around June and July 2012.” The prices increased $14/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $17/mt from the top of the same range.
