Ex-US scrap prices to Taiwan trend down

On March 23, SteelOrbis reported ex-US containerized HMS I/II 80:20 scrap deals down to $354-360/mt CFR Taiwan.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that HMS I/II 80:20 deal prices have declined to $340-344/mt CFR Taiwan with no significant volume sold over the week. Over the past week, deal prices decreased $14/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $16/mt from the top of the same range.

Scrap offer prices for ex-US HMS I/II 80:20 are reportedly at $345-350/mt CFR.
