Ex-St. Petersburg scrap transaction in Turkey

According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-St. Petersburg deal for at least 5,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $355/mt CFR and minimum of 1,000 mt of rail scrap at $360/mt CFR, for May shipment. The remainder of the cargo, of which the total tonnage is reported to amount to 30,000 mt, consists of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap at $345/mt CFR.
