A Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Europe deal for 18,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap at $241/mt CFR and 12,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at $256/mt CFR.
Also, SteelOrbis has been informed that another Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Europe scrap deal with a different supplier for 20,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 10,000 mt of shredded scrap and 7,500 mt of bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $244.5/mt CFR.
