Ex-Europe scrap deals in Turkey

According to market sources, a deal from Europe to Turkey was concluded on Friday, February 9, for 12,500 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap at $344.5/mt CFR and 12,500 mt of bonus grade scrap at $359.5/mt CFR.

Another Turkish steel mill has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 15,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 5,000 mt of new cuttings and 10,000 mt of P&S scrap at the average price level of $347/mt CFR.

Additionally, a third ex-Europe scrap deal has been concluded in Turkey for a cargo consisting of  20,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 2,500 mt of new cuttings, 2,500 mt of shredded scrap and 10,000 mt of P&S scrap at the average price level of $347/mt CFR.
