Ex-Europe scrap deal in Turkey

According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer concluded an ex-Europe deal on Friday, July 20, for a cargo consisting of 13,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 6,000 mt of shredded scrap and 6,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $335/mt CFR. Market sources report that in the light of this information the price of ex-Europe HMS I/II 80:20 scrap currently stands at $332/mt CFR.
