Ex-Australia coking coal prices to India tick down

On July 18, SteelOrbis reported that ex-Australia coking coal prices to India decreased and were reportedly at $180-181/mt FOB for premium hard coking coal (PHCC) and $168/mt FOB for hard coking coal (HCC) 64 mid-volatility.

On July 19, SteelOrbis reported a further price erosion on ex-Australian coking coal prices to the global markets.

Sources inform SteelOrbis that ex-Australia coking coal prices to India have declined more and are now reportedly at $174-175/mt FOB for PHCC and $159-160/mt FOB for HCC. Compared to July 18, prices have declined $6/mt on PHCC and $8-9/mt on HCC.
