Ex-Australia coking coal prices to India

On March 7, SteelOrbis reported that PHCC (premium hard coking coal) offers to India were reportedly at $213-214/mt FOB Australia and HCC (64 mid volatility coking coal) at $183-185/mt FOB Australia. In CFR India terms, the PHCC price was reportedly at $225-226/mt while HCC was at $195-197/mt.

Sources now inform SteelOrbis that PHCC offers to India are presently at $209-210/mt FOB Australia and HCC at $179-180/mt FOB Australia. In CFR India terms, the PHCC price is now reportedly at $221-222/mt while HCC is reportedly at $191-192/mt. In CFR terms, prices for PHCC have declined by $4/mt while HCC prices declined by $4/mt from the bottom of the previous range and $5/mt from the top of the same range.
