SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 10,100-10,800/mt ($321-343/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained stable over the past week at NTD 45,500-48,000/mt ($1,445-1,524/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for late October shipments.
