Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 26

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have dropped by NTD 900/mt ($30/mt) over the past week to NTD 10,800-11,500/mt ($363-386/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.

In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 47,500-50,000/mt ($1,597-1,681/mt) ex-yard.

The above prices include five percent VAT and are for late July shipments.
