SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained stable over the past week at NTD 8,200-8,900/mt ($287-312/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained stable over the past week at NTD 37,500-40,000/mt ($1,314-1,402/mt) ex-yard.
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for mid-December shipments
