UAE-based ESI announces new rebar offer prices

UAE-based steelmaker Emirates Steel Industries (ESI) has announced its new rebar prices. Accordingly, ESI has reduced its domestic rebar prices by AED 189/mt to AED 2,223/mt ($606/mt) ex-works excluding five percent VAT, as compared to its previous price levels announced on March 26. ESI’s most recent offers before the announcement of its new list prices were at AED 2,340/mt ($638/mt) ex-works as a result of the discounts given on its list prices, as reported by SteelOrbis on March 26.
