Turkish wire rod producers prioritize their domestic market

It is observed that Turkish wire rod export prices have remained stable since May 12 in the range of $480-490/mt FOB.
 
Reports indicate that international buyers consider current Turkish wire rod prices to be on the high side, while Turkish steel mills are focusing on their domestic market due to tight supply problems and are prioritizing domestic demand.
