Turkish wire rod export offers remain stable

Demand for Turkish wire rod in the international markets has remained table during the past week at low levels. On the other hand, Turkish steel mills’ wire rod export sales have been mostly made to North Africa, Israel and Europe. Market sources state that Turkish wire rod export offers have also moved sideways week on week at $580-590/mt FOB, while offers at the upper end of this price range were observed to be very few.
