Meanwhile, Turkish rebar offers for Bulgaria, which were at $615/mt CFR and were considered to be on the high side last week, are now standing at $605-610/mt CFR for late May shipments, softening by $5-10/mt as compared to last week. However, no transactions have been concluded so far at this price level, though negotiations will likely take place in the market and some deals will likely be concluded.
