Turkish mill Kardemir opens its rebar sales after a long break

Turkish integrated steel mill Kardemir has opened its domestic rebar sales as of today, December 25. The new offer price has been set at TRY 4,160/mt ($632/mt) ex-works, over the month. The offer is valid for 500 mt and above orders, for cash payment basis and is subjected to 25 percent cash + %1.5 percent payment deferral for up to 90-day deferred payment basis.

The producer’s previous domestic rebar sales were announced on November 25 at TRY 4.908,80/mt ($520/mt) ex-works.

Prices exclude 18 percent VAT.
