Turkish mill Icdas cuts lira-based rebar price to offset currency fluctuations

Today, May 20, Turkish mill Icdas has decreased its rebar price by TRY 30/mt to offset currency fluctuations compared to Monday, May 18. Its new price is at TRY 3,250/mt or $405/mt ex-works, with just a minor change in the dollar price.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.

$1 = TRY 6.80
