Turkish mill Icdas cuts domestic longs prices in local currency

Today, January 7, Turkish mill Icdas has cut its domestic rebar price in the local currency by TRY 50/mt to TRY 5,560/mt ($647/mt) ex-works compared to Tuesday, December 29,  while its rebar price on US dollar basis is up by $5/mt, amid currency fluctuations. Meanwhile, the steelmaker has also reduced its wire rod price, by TRY 80/mt to TRY 6,420/mt ($747/mt) ex-works, with the US dollar price up $4/mt over the same period.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
