Turkish merchant bar exporters still face low demand

With the influence of the fluctuating trend seen in global scrap prices, buyers in Turkish merchant bar exporters' target markets have mostly maintained a wait-and-see stance and are not eager to restock. Due to the weakness of demand, Turkish steel mills have reduced their merchant bar export prices by $10/mt compared to price levels recorded on March 23.
