Turkish domestic rebar spot prices rise slightly except in Karabuk region

Although local Turkish rebar demand is still at low levels, domestic rebar prices in Turkey have increased slightly today, October 7, due to depreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar. Meanwhile, today, Turkish mill Icdas has increased by TRY 34/mt its 12-32 mm rebar prices to TRY 2,373 ($414/mt) ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik has kept its price 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,339/mt ($408/mt)  ex-works both excluding VAT.

As of today, rebar offers in the Turkish spot market are as follows:
