Today, April 3, Turkish integrated mill Kardemir has closed its wire rod sales, which were opened yesterday with the price for 5.5 mm SAE 1008-1010 grade wire rod at TRY 2,780/mt ($415/mt) ex-works, while the 6-28 mm wire rod of the same steel grade was offered at TRY 2,735/mt ($408/mt) ex-works. SteelOrbis is informed that only 1,000 mt was sold.
