Turkey’s Icdas revises its longs prices to offset currency fluctuations

Today, June 4, Turkish steel producer Icdas has raised its local rebar price by TRY 50/mt to TRY 7,180/mt ($700/mt) ex-works to offset currency fluctuations, while keeping its rebar price stable on US dollar basis.

The producer has also issued its wire rod price today at TRY 8,410/mt ex-works, up by TRY 60/mt. The offer on the US dollar basis has remained unchanged at $820/mt ex-works.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
