Turkey’s Icdas raises longs prices by TRY 30/mt

Today, June 18, Turkish steel producer Icdas has increased its local rebar price by TRY 30/mt to TRY 7,470/mt ex-works to offset currency fluctuations. The producer has also issued its wire rod price today at TRY 8,490/mt ex-works, up by TRY 30/mt. The producer’s rebar and wire rod prices have remained unchanged on US dollar basis at $730/mt and $830/mt ex-works, respectively, since the beginning of this week.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
