Turkey’s Icdas decreases its rebar and wire rod prices in local currency

Today, July 29, Turkish steel producer Icdas has decreased its local rebar price by TRY 80/mt to TRY 7,340/mt ex-works to offset the currency fluctuations compared to Monday, July 26. The producer has also issued its wire rod price today at TRY 8,345/mt ex-works, with the price down by TRY 85/mt over the same period. The producer has left its dollar-based long steel prices unchanged at $730/mt and $830/mt ex-works respectively.

Prices on Turkish lira basis include 18 percent VAT, while offers on US dollar basis do not.
