Spot prices in local Turkish rebar market fall slightly

Turkish traders have reduced their domestic rebar prices today, July 9, amid weak demand conditions and also due to the appreciation of the Turkish lira against the US dollar.

Meanwhile, today, Turkish mill Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices unchanged at TRY 2,712/mt ($475/mt) ex-works, while Icdas has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices stable at TRY 2,720/mt ($477/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.
