Brazilian producers remain negotiating rebar for export at $486/mt, FOB conditions, having the CA50 grade, 10mm thickness product as reference, a local exporter told SteelOrbis.

The reference price has not changed since our last report, remaining stable since early May.

In May, for price deals probably closed in March, Gerdau exported rebar at $459/mt, while the Votorantim group exported at $496/mt, both FOB conditions.
