Local Turkish wire rod prices remain unchanged

SteelOrbis has been informed by market sources that local producers' price levels in the Turkish domestic market for 6-7 mm mesh quality wire rod have remained unchanged over the past week and are still as follows:

The above prices, which are on actual weight basis, exclude VAT and are on ex-works basis. The offers may differ depending on buyers and order sizes.
 
Despite the declines recorded in import scrap prices in Turkey, domestic wire rod quotations have remained stable week on week at $480-505/mt ex-works due to support from ongoing decent demand conditions.
