Local Turkish rebar spot prices have increased by TRY 20-60/mt in all regions of the country today, Friday, February 14, amid stronger scrap prices. No fresh deals have been heard.
Today, Icdas has increased its official rebar sales prices by TRY 40/mt to TRY 3,110/mt ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik (IDC) has kept its rebar sales at TRY 3,100/mt ex-works, both including 18 percent VAT. Icdas’ prices on dollar basis have increased by $6/mt to $436/mt ex-works + VAT, while IDC’s offers on dollar basis are at $434/mt ex-works + VAT, unchanged today.
