Due to the decline in import scrap prices, Turkish traders have reduced their domestic rebar prices today, September 20. However, market resources indicate that, as traders in the Marmara region had already decreased their rebar spot prices yesterday, they have kept their sales prices stable today. Meantime, today, Turkish mill Icdas has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices standing at TRY 2,415/mt ($424/mt) ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,390/mt ($419/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.
