Today, November 21, rebar spot prices in Turkey’s Marmara and Iskenderun regions have decreased due weaker demand, while prices in other regions have remained stable.
Today, Turkish mill Icdas has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,492/mt ($438/mt) ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik has also kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,458/mt ($432 mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT. Meanwhile, market sources report that Turkish rebar mills are offering discounts of TRY 20-40/mt (including VAT) for serious buyers.
