Local Turkish rebar spot prices fall slightly

Turkish traders have revised their domestic rebar prices downwards today, July 17, amid weak demand conditions and also due to lower domestic billet quotations.

Meanwhile, today, Turkish mill Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices unchanged at TRY 2,695/mt ($474/mt) ex-works, while Icdas has also kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices stable at TRY 2,720/mt ($478/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.

As of today, rebar offers in the Turkish spot market are as follows:
