Today, February 16, spot prices in the Turkish domestic rebar market have decreased by TRY 20-70/mt ($2-8/mt), amid currency fluctuations and adverse weather conditions. Spot prices in the Iskenderun region have fallen more sharply than in the other regions due to weaker demand. As of today, 12 mm rebar spot prices in Turkey are at TRY 5,000-5,030/mt or $608-612/mt ex-warehouse depending on the region.
