Local Turkish rebar spot prices down slightly except in Karabuk region

Spot rebar prices in Turkey have indicated slight changes in all regions due to the trend of the Turkish lira-US dollar exchange rate.

Today, August 27, Turkish mill Icdas has increased its 12-32 mm rebar prices by TRY 17/mt to TRY 2,610/mt ($448/mt) ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,627/mt ($451/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.

As of today, rebar offers in the Turkish spot market are as follows:
