Today, June 24, Turkish domestic rebar spot prices have dropped by TRY 10-40/mt ($1-5/mt) compared to Monday, June 22, to TRY 3,350-3,410/mt ($414-421/mt) ex-warehouse depending on the region. Most mills in the Izmir and Marmara regions have decreased their official rebar prices in the same period by TRY 25/mt ($4/mt) on average to TRY 3,440-3,470/mt ($425-429/mt) ex-works. Nearly all of the mills in the Iskenderun region including Bastug A.S. closed their rebar sales yesterday afternoon and no fresh rebar prices have been heard in the region.
