Local Turkish rebar prices down slightly except in Iskenderun region

While demand in the local Turkish rebar market is still at low levels, domestic rebar prices in Turkey have decreased slightly today, September 26, due to sliding import scrap prices - except in Iskenderun.

Meantime, today, Turkish mill Icdas has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices standing at TRY 2,415/mt ($427/mt) ex-works, while Izmir Demir Celik has kept its 12-32 mm rebar prices at TRY 2,390/mt ($422/mt) ex-works, both excluding VAT.

As of today, rebar offers in the Turkish spot market are as follows:
