Iskenderun-based Turkish mill cuts its longs prices

SteelOrbis has been informed that an Iskenderun-based Turkish mill has issued its official mesh grade wire rod price at $770/mt ex-works today, March 20. In addition, the mill has also issued its rebar price at TRY 17,000/mt ex-works, equal to $758/mt ex-works at the current exchange rate, amid currency fluctuations and relatively slow trading activity ahead of Ramadan. The mill's wire rod and rebar prices indicate decreases of $10/mt and TRY 100/mt ($6/mt) respectively compared to the end of last week.
