It is observed that Turkish mesh quality wire rod export prices have remained stable during the past week and are still at $570-580/mt FOB. Although Turkish steel mills have tried to increase their wire rod export prices by $5-10/mt on the upper end, their export sales have continued to be concluded at $570-580/mt FOB.

Even though demand for Turkish wire rod in the international markets has declined slightly due to the approaching end-of-year holidays, it is still at good levels. Additionally, market sources report that Turkish producers already have plenty of wire rod export orders on their order books.
